All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Yappy is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at foryappy@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, Yappy ships only within India unless otherwise stated on our website.

If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
