Thank you for shopping with Yappy.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all tags, accessories, manuals, and inserts (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at foryappy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Any item not in its original condition

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund (if approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
